Mixed Martial Arts Trade Secrets Row Headed For Another Round

Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 6:23 PM ET) -- An Indiana appeals court on Friday remanded the North American Boxing Council's suit alleging HDNet LLC stole its idea for a mixed martial arts broadcast series, saying a lower court misinterpreted the state's trade secrets laws when it granted summary judgment to the council.
