Goodyear Off Hook For $70M In Blimp Factory Pollution Costs

Law360, New York (August 15, 2012, 6:26 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge Wednesday ruled that Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is not responsible for more than $70 million in pollution remediation costs at the site of one of its former zeppelin factories, finding that Lockheed Martin Corp. assumed liability when it bought the site.
