Law360, New York (August 16, 2012, 5:14 PM ET) -- Schiff Hardin LLP has bolstered its antitrust team through the recruitment of a former General Motors Co. in-house counsel to its office in Ann Arbor, Mich., it announced Thursday.
Steven J. Cernak, who spent more than 20 years as a member of GM's legal staff, including as its lead antitrust counsel for the last six years, has joined Schiff Hardin's litigation and antitrust and trade regulation groups as of counsel and the firm's latest expansion of its competition capabilities.
