Ex-BP Execs Plead Not Guilty In Propane Gas Case

Law360, New York (November 08, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Four former executives for BP PLC have denied trying to manipulate U.S. propane prices three years ago, entering not guilty pleas on Wednesday in a federal court in Chicago to mail fraud and conspiracy charges.

Three natural gas traders and the vice president for natural gas liquids at a Houston-based subsidiary of BP pleaded not guilty before U.S. District Judge Ruben Castillo in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Chicago.
