Law360, New York (September 15, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- In another rapid-fire settlement, Trading Technologies Inc. gleaned an agreement from futures trading company TransMarket Group LLC. The patent infringement lawsuit ended with the entry of a Consent Judgment.
The settlement ends litigation initiated earlier this month against Chicago-based TransMarket, in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Trading Technologies alleged its futures trading platform, called MD Trader, has been infringed by TransMarket’s product.
