Law360, New York (December 04, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The Roman Catholic Diocese of Davenport, Iowa, has agreed to shell out $37 million to more than 150 victims of sexual abuse by priests in its push to exit bankruptcy protection.
The settlement, reached Nov. 29 after four days of negotiations, addresses the claims of 156 individuals, the diocese said in a statement.
