Law360, New York (February 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Evenflo Company Inc. has recalled 1 million child car seats because tests showed they could fail to protect children in side-impact collisions.
The recall of the Discovery infant car seat comes after tests by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration showed that the seats could detach from their bases in a collision.
