Law360, New York (March 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Israeli medical device maker Lumenis Ltd. has sued four former employees for allegedly misappropriating its trade secrets and technology for use at their new company, Alma Lasers Ltd.
The suit, filed Wednesday in the Tel Aviv District Court, names as defendants Alma Lasers and its four founders — Ziv Karni, Yoav Avni, Nadav Bayer and Ivgeni Kodritzki.
