Schneider & Wallace Calls Guidant Fees Unfair

Law360, New York (May 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Plaintiffs law firm Schneider & Wallace LLP has objected to the proposed distribution of fees in the settled multidistrict litigation over alleged defects in Guidant Corp.'s implantable defibrillators, saying the plan unfairly favored the firms that drafted it.
