Law360, New York (July 11, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Eleven suits, including several proposed class actions, have been added to the sprawling multidistrict litigation against Baxter Healthcare Corp. and Scientific Protein Laboratories LLC over contamination of the widely used blood thinner heparin.
The cases were moved via a conditional transfer order, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
