Law360, New York (June 13, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In the ongoing saga of Northwest Airlines Corp.’s bankruptcy, a court overseeing the case has granted the company permission to pay its legal bills for current and former executives.
The company also announced on Monday a truce with its 8,700 active flight attendants that will put off a strike until June 30. Northwest and the Professional Flight Attendants Association will resume talks on Wednesday.
