Star Tribune, EEOC Enter Into Consent Decree

Law360, New York (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal court has approved a preliminary settlement between The Star Tribune Co. and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in a proposed class action alleging the media company subjected women working in its mail room to a sexually hostile work environment.
