Delivery Driver Ships OT Action To DHL

Law360, New York (February 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A delivery driver has filed a putative class action accusing DHL Express (USA) Inc. of failing to properly compensate workers for overtime and meal expenses in violation of federal and state laws.

Named plaintiff Paul Fritz filed suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, claiming DHL Express, a division of global shipping giant DHL International GmbH, knowingly misclassified drivers as exempt from overtime wages.
