Law360, New York (March 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has agreed to drop claims brought by Wisconsin plaintiffs against American Electric Power Co. Inc. but has sustained claims against Dynegy Illinois Inc. in a consolidated antitrust suit alleging that natural gas companies engaged in a conspiracy to artificially inflate prices through trading activities.
