More Suits Filed Over Minn. Bridge Collapse

Law360, New York (April 06, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A total of 17 people injured in a bridge collapse in Minnesota two years ago have filed suit against URS Corp., a consulting firm that studied the structure, and Progressive Contractors Inc., a contractor that was resurfacing it.

The suits against engineering company URS and road builder Progressive Contractors were filed Monday in Minnesota's Fourth Judicial District in Hennepin County.
