Law360, New York (July 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Fortunoff Holdings LLC has gotten the green light to sell substantially all of its remaining assets, including its domain names, customer database and trademark portfolio, to Source IP Holdco LLP for nearly $2 million.
Judge Robert D. Drain of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday signed an order approving the sale of Fortunoff's remaining assets to Source IP Holdco, two weeks after a court-ordered auction.
