Law360, New York (November 02, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- The former general counsel of Comverse Technology Inc.—and right-hand man of Comverse founder and former chairman Jacob “Kobi” Alexander—was expected to plead guilty on Thursday to charges of illegal stock options backdating at the company.
William Sorin will also cooperate with prosecutors in their investigation of Alexander, who is currently in Namibia fighting a U.S. extradition request in an effort to avoid prosecution.
