Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 5:45 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Center for Devices and Radiological Health gained some stability Wednesday as acting Director Jeffrey E. Shuren was named permanent director of the regulatory office in charge of inspecting medical devices.
