Law360, New York (May 06, 2010, 6:16 PM ET) -- Big Easy-based plaintiffs lawyer Daniel Becnel, who boasts that he inspired a character in John Grisham's “The King of Torts,” convened 200 attorneys Wednesday from around the U.S. to plan their attack against BP PLC and size up their rivals in the contest to lead what is expected to be litigation of historic proportions.
