Ex-Aeropostale Exec Accused Of $350M Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (June 14, 2010, 1:37 PM ET) -- A former senior executive at clothing maker Aeropostale Inc. is facing charges that he steered more than $350 million in business to a New York-based supplier as part of a nearly 10-year kickback scheme.

In a 28-count indictment unsealed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, former Aeropostale Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer Christopher S. Finazzo is accused of taking millions in kickbacks from Douglas Dey, head of South Bay Apparel Inc., from 1996 to 2006.
