Law360, New York (July 07, 2010, 4:18 PM ET) -- Securities and antitrust plaintiffs firm Labaton Sucharow LLP was hit Wednesday with a proposed class and collective action by a former short-term attorney for the firm who alleges he was illegally denied overtime under state and federal law.
Moshe Koplowitz filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York alleging the firm failed to compensate him for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law, though he was paid on an hourly basis.
