Ex-Primary Global Executive Fights Trading Charges

Law360, New York (February 07, 2011, 8:14 PM ET) -- A former executive at expert networking firm Primary Global Research LLC pled not guilty Monday before a federal magistrate judge to charges that he facilitated securities trading based on inside information from technology companies.

The ex-vice president and sales manager, James Fleishman, entered the plea before Magistrate Judge Theodore H. Katz in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
