Accused Muni Bond Bid-Riggers Call Charges Outdated

Law360, New York (July 05, 2011, 2:36 PM ET) -- A group of former financial services executives accused of rigging bids on state and municipal bonds asked a New York federal court Friday to dismiss the charges against them, arguing the claims were barred by the statute of limitations for fraud.
