Developer Wants Consultant To Pay For Botched $1B Mall Suit

Las Vegas LP asked a New York state judge Tuesday to hold Connecticut merchant banking outfit Gregory & Hoenemeyer Inc. liable for recommending a law firm that allegedly botched GKLV's $1 billion suit against its former partner in a Nevada shopping mall venture.
