Software Co. Eatoni Pushes To Revive RIM Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 6:44 PM ET) -- Software maker Eatoni Ergonomics Inc. asked the Second Circuit on Monday to reopen a suit against Research In Motion Ltd., pressing its case that the Blackberry maker broke antitrust laws when it backed out of a product development deal.
