Music Exec Seeks To Appeal E-Book Antitrust Settlements

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 7:14 PM ET) -- An Internet music company executive sought permission Friday to appeal the approval of the U.S. Department of Justice's price-fixing settlements with three e-book publishers, arguing that "serious and credible" issues remained about whether the deals served the public interest.
