Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 2:30 PM ET) -- Allen & Overy LLP's New York office has landed a pair of partners with extensive experience in energy and infrastructure deals from the ranks of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Allen & Overy announced Thursday.
Kent Rowey, the former head of Freshfields' Americas energy and infrastructure practice, and partner Dolly Mirchandani will be joining Allen & Overy and are expected to significantly boost the firm's U.S.-based energy and infrastructure team, which the firm has been focused on bolstering since 2010.
