Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Banc of America securities unit member Paul Risoli was sentenced Friday to seven months in prison for his part in an insider-trading scheme involving wire fraud and conspiracy.
"Your honor, my actions were wrong and I will always regret what I did," Risoli said at the hearing Friday, according to Dow Jones.
