Law360, New York (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appeals court has barred the successor of failed dot-com BizProLink.com from accessing funds in an AOL Time Warner securities litigation settlement, ruling that the former Internet company lacked standing in the class action investor suit.
On Monday, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit dismissed BizProLink LLC’s appeal of a lower court’s decision against it.
