Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 4:29 PM ET) -- Intelligrated, the U.S.' biggest provider of material handling systems, has traded private equity hands, with European company Permira inking a deal valued at more than $500 million for the Gryphon Investors-owned Ohio company, according to an announcement Friday.
The infusion from a holding company owned by Permira funds will help Intelligrated further penetrate the North American market, expand in emerging markets and increase its product offerings and global capabilities, the target company and London-based Permira said in parallel statements.
