FDA Sues Cheese Co. Over Contamination Issues

Law360, New York (July 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has filed suit on behalf of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in an effort to shutter a New York-based cheese producer, which officials claim has put customers at risk of serious food-borne illness by failing to comply with food safety regulations.
