Law360, New York (December 09, 2010, 3:31 PM ET) -- A former quality control executive has accused Rolls-Royce Corp. of covering up problems at an Indianapolis plant that makes engines the company sells to the federal government for use in military helicopters.
The complaint, unsealed Monday more than two years after it was originally filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, argues that the aerospace giant is "knowingly violating its quality control understakings in very significant and dangerous ways."
