Law360, New York (January 06, 2011, 2:58 PM ET) -- A car buyer has hit BMW of North America LLC with a putative class action claiming it obscured a serious fuel injection problem and failed to adequately correct the hazard.
Named plaintiff Michael B. Winn of Texas filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, arguing that his 2008 BMW 535i vehicle stalled while he was driving because its fuel pump failed.
