Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 3:03 PM ET) -- A federal judge has nixed a lawsuit accusing Snapple Beverage Corp. of misleading consumers by labeling drinks sweetened with high fructose corn syrup as “all natural.”
Judge Denise L. Cote of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Friday granted summary judgment to Snapple, finding that the named plaintiffs had failed to show that they were injured as a result of Snapple's labeling.
