Law360, New York (April 18, 2011, 4:14 PM ET) -- A jury in California state court found for Yamaha Motor Corp. on Friday in a suit claiming alleged defects in the company’s popular off-road vehicle left it prone to rollovers, the fourth such victory in the state over the past year.
Jurors returned a defense verdict fully favoring Yamaha, finding that no defects in the company’s Rhino 660 caused the accident that injured plaintiff Clifford McAnelly, according to Yamaha.
