Wyeth Fights Plaintiffs' Bid For Prempro Docs

Law360, New York (July 02, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Wyeth has rejected a bid by the plaintiffs in the multidistrict products liability litigation over the hormone drug Prempro to turn over documents related to progestin-free products, arguing that to do so would be prohibitively burdensome and unduly expensive.
