Law360, New York (September 06, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A company that provided the epoxy believed to be the root cause of a fatal Big Dig tunnel collapse in Boston has pled not guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter.
Brewster, N.Y.-based Powers Fasteners Inc., which helped construct and design the I-90 Connector Tunnel near Logan International Airport, was arraigned Wednesday in Suffolk County Superior Court. The arraignment came less than a month after the company was indicted by a grand jury in the case.
