Law360, New York (October 01, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pepper Hamilton LLP has snagged John F. Brenner from McCarter & English LLP and added him as a partner in its health effects litigation practice.
Brenner, whose practice has focused on the representation of pharmaceutical and medical device makers in complex product liability and mass tort cases, will join Pepper's Princeton, N.J., office. Brenner comes to the firm after a stint as a partner in McCarter's product liability group. While at the firm, he also served on the executive committee.
