Minor Oil Spill Could Mean Major Problems For Enbridge

Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 9:39 PM ET) -- A relatively small oil spill at an Enbridge Inc. pipeline could create new hurdles for the company’s oil sands project in Canada and bring additional scrutiny from U.S. regulators as Enbridge continues to grapple with the consequences of a massive 2010 spill in Michigan, experts say.
