J&J's Birth Control Warnings To Doctors Were Enough: Ruling

Law360, New York (August 06, 2012, 3:37 PM ET) -- A New Jersey state judge ruled Friday that a Johnson & Johnson unit provided adequate warning about the blood clotting that allegedly killed a user of a birth control patch it made, rejecting claims that companies must tell consumers — not just their physicians — about the risks of drugs containing estrogen.
