Law360, Washington (August 15, 2012, 6:17 PM ET) -- A gastric bypass patient and her husband sought class certification in Louisiana federal court on Tuesday, claiming they have enough putative class members who have been unreasonably injured by Covidien Inc. surgical stapling devices to justify the move.
