L-3 Beats Ex-Pilot's FCA Suit Over Plane Defects

Law360, New York (August 27, 2012, 5:06 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday threw out a whistleblower's False Claims Act suit against L-3 Communications Integrated Systems LP over alleged deficiencies in airplanes that were sold to the government, saying the former employee had failed to allege his claims with adequate specificity.
