Guidelines Sentencing Sought In Asbestos Demolition Scheme

Law360, New York (August 31, 2012, 7:28 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors on Thursday recommended guidelines sentencing for three men convicted of illegally demolishing a factory that contained large amounts of asbestos, with one defendant facing up to 20 years for attempting to cover up the scheme.
