Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 1:57 PM ET) -- A Missouri federal judge overseeing product liability multidistrict litigation against a Merck & Co. Inc. subsidiary over the contraceptive NuvaRing on Thursday rejected a bid by the company to seal a set of documents it argued could be damaging to its reputation.
