Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 6:41 PM ET) -- The federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation in New Orleans over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on Friday postponed the trial on claims against BP PLC by the U.S. Department of Justice and state and local governments until Feb. 25, citing potential conflicts with the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras.
