Supplement Tycoon Ordered To Forfeit $33M

Law360, New York (February 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal jury on Tuesday ordered supplement tycoon Steve Warshak and his company to forfeit $33 million in cash and assets derived in part from sales of the Enzyte "male enhancement" product advertised on late-night television.

Warshak was convicted Friday of dozens of counts of money-laundering, misleading customers, lying to banks and hiding profits from authorities.
