DOJ Asks Wyeth For Protonix Data

Law360, New York (August 05, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Wyeth Inc. has received a series of subpoenas from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts seeking information about its pricing of heartburn treatment Protonix.

Wyeth disclosed the subpoenas on Monday in a 10-Q filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In the filing, the company said that Wyeth had been asked for documents and testimony relating to the grand jury investigation into Protonix.
