Law360, New York (July 17, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Pfizer Inc. has been dealt 17 new personal injury lawsuits that claim the company hid health risks and deceptively marketed its top-selling cholesterol drug Lipitor.
Two personal injury lawsuits, similar to the 17 lawsuits filed Friday, were filed against the company in early June and more filings are expected in coming weeks, said attorney Mark Jay Krum, a solo practitioner who filed all of the suits.
