Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 3:02 PM ET) -- The city of Chicago has entered into a $200 million project with airport property developer Aeroterm LLC to start building the Chicago O’Hare International Airport Northeast Cargo Center, Mayor Rahm Emanuel said Monday.
The construction of the center, which is meant to boost the airport’s cargo operations, will be funded by a $130 million investment by Aeroterm and more than $62 million of airport funds, the city said in a statement.
