Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 5:13 PM ET) -- Alterra Power Corp. will pick up wind power assets in development at four British Columbia sites in a deal with a group of sellers led by Canada's English Bay Energy Ltd., Alterra said Friday.
The companies did not disclose a price tag or the other sellers, but did say that the sellers would receive royalties when the wind farms are operational. They could also reap up to 1.34 million Alterra shares under certain unspecified circumstances, Alterra said.
